Overview

River West Mini Storage periodically offers promotional discounts and special offers to our valued customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all promotional offers at our facility.

Multiple Promotions

River West Mini Storage may run multiple promotional offers simultaneously. These promotions may include, but are not limited to:

• First month discounts

• Reduced rental rates for specified periods

• Move-in specials

• Seasonal promotions

• Referral incentives

• Long-term rental discounts

Non-Cumulative Policy

Promotional offers are not cumulative and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers are eligible to receive only one promotional discount per rental agreement at the time of move-in or renewal.

Management Discretion

River West Mini Storage reserves the right to:

• Determine which promotion applies to each customer transaction

• Review promotional eligibility on a case-by-case basis

• Modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice

• Apply the promotion that provides the greatest benefit to the customer when multiple promotions are available, at management's sole discretion

Additional Terms

All promotions are subject to unit availability and standard rental terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to existing rental agreements unless specifically authorized by management.
